I've been digging everywhere looking for the right journal. I had an intention this year to write more - write my thoughts, feelings, and values down in ink and by doing so, giving them life, weight, and space to exist. If they aren't written they are nothing more than a fleeting thought, here one minute, gone the next. I've gone old school with lined paper wound in rings and I've purchased 500+ pages full of journal prompts and I still haven't found the right journal for me. One that feels good to write in and feels even better to read.

This 52-week intention and mindfulness journal is everything I was looking for in a journal. It prompts me just enough to think clearly and still allows for thoughtful reflection that doesn't feel forced or strained.

Each page set starts with a focus like mindfulness, self-care, boundaries, vision, and more and follows with prompting questions and suggestions. Every two pages make a week. You can do this practice at the start, middle, or end of the week. It's designed to be easy, effortless, and impactful all at the same time. You can create a means of self-exploration and self-expression in a way that feels natural, unforced.

We have extremely limited inventory and in all honesty, this is just to see if any of you are like me- craving a way, a space, and a time to put some thoughts down on paper without the struggle.

It's simple, beautiful, unassuming, and small enough to make its way wherever you are. Journals ship from our Kentucky office and may come in a different parcel than your coffee.
