Shipping and Policies

Shipping, Fulfillment, and other Policies:

Order Fulfillment:

Orders placed will be shipped from our shared roasting facility within 2 business days (excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 1 pm EST on Friday will be fulfilled and shipped the next business day. 

Shipping:

Homebody Coffee Company's standard shipping is available for all orders. You can choose faster delivery at checkout for an added fee. Free Shipping is available on most products and for all orders exceeding $50.00. 

Homebody Coffee Co retains the right to use the carrier of its choosing for Flat Rate and Free Shipping. Typically, the carrier for smaller residential deliveries will be USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground for larger or wholesale shipments.

Tracking information will be sent via email once it has been entered for an order. It can also be located in the “Orders” tab of the “My Account” page if you have created a homebodycoffeeco.com username and placed the order with that account. 

Lost or Problematic Orders:

To edit or report an issue with your order, contact our orders department at hello@homebodycoffeeco.com. We'll do our best to respond as quickly as possible, but please allow at least 24 hours on weekdays, and 48 hours on weekends. 

Packages that are damaged or lost should be reported to hello@homebodycoffeeco.com – please include your order number when reporting lost packages. We will replace the package at no cost.

If you are unsatisfied with a purchase for any reason, contact hello@homebodycoffeeco.com with the the issue and your order number.

We will try to replace orders for beans that do not match your drinking preferences or refund you for the cost of the item(s). For best results and taste, we highly recommend consuming coffee within 6-8 weeks from the roast date. Complaints about flavor quality after these time periods will not be honored with a refund or exchange.

For issues with products other than coffee beans, please contact us with the nature of the issue. We will provide a 100% refund on unopened merchandise that is returned in new condition within 30 days of the purchase. To process a return, please email hello@homebodycoffeeco.com with the order number and product information that you would like to return.

We will respond with shipping instructions. Homebody Coffee Co. is not responsible for return shipping charges if incurred.  

Shipping Address:

Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. Homebody Coffee Co. is not responsible for packages that are non delivered, refused, or returned to sender due to incorrect shipping addresses.
 

International Buyers:

All orders shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees that are paid by the buyer. The value of payment received cannot be altered to decrease international custom fees.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the buyer at the time of pick up.  We have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our control and beyond the original delivery estimates. Feel free to contact your local customs office for further information. 

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is my order?

Once your order is placed and paid for, it can take our team of roastes 1-2 business days to fulfill that order.

Every single order is roasted to order meaning when you place your order, our team is scooping green coffee beans and putting them in the roaster for you. Once they're done, they'll package that up, box it up, and then send it on its way.

At that point, you'll get an email with tracking information so you can follow along until delivery.
